Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Logistics & Pricing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing coordination, and quotation management for our freight forwarding and customs clearance business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business enquiries through cold calling and customer follow-ups
- Promote the company’s freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and support business development activities
- Handle export and import shipment enquiries from customers
- Obtain competitive freight rates from shipping lines, overseas agents, and transporters
- Prepare and share quotations for Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL & LCL shipments
- Maintain updated freight rates and coordinate with vendors for rate updates
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, and customer records




- Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth execution
- Prepare daily activity and enquiry status reports

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Freight Forwarding
- Basic knowledge of Sea Export, Sea Import, Air Freight, FCL & LCL shipments
- Understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and Incoterms
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and Internet applications

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in freight pricing and quotation preparation
- Knowledge of rate procurement and quotation management
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding industry
