We are searching for an experience candidate in our legal team who can guide us, lead us to reach our goals.

Job description for this role:

· Candidate should have robust experience in all types of real estate related advice and transaction.

· Candidates must have thorough knowledge of Land and Immovable property matters.

· Candidates must have working knowledge and experience regarding Land acquisition, Land conversion and Land mutation.

· Conduct of Property searches/ due diligence and title related requisitions

· Real Estate experience must.

· Must be able to clear all legal queries of our residential projects buyer.

· Candidate must have reading & writing knowledge of English & Bengali. Also Good communication and negotiation skills required

· Candidate must have knowledge of RERA/HIRA ACT.

· Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Deed of Conveyance/ Agreement for Sale/ Lease Deed/ Leave Licence Agreement, etc.





· Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising Joint Development Agreements/ Co-Development Agreements/ Project Management Agreement, etc.

· Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of land/property/project financing documents

· Drafting/ amending/ negotiating/ finalising all types of ancillary documentation such as Power of Attorney/ Deed of Declaration/ Deed of Indemnity/ etc.

· Drafting/ amending/ finalising papers/ proceedings for seeking court orders/ reliefs for title related matters

· Legal advice/ Opinions on property related laws pertaining to all types of land/property based on location (rural/ urban), land tenure (agricultural/ industrial/ village/ forest), asset classes (residential/ office/ retail/ industrial/ SEZ) and various issues such as land title, mortgages/charges, easements, testamentary/intestate succession, family matters.

Education & Experience: LLB or LLM

10 yrs+ required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
