JOB DETAILS

- Location: NIBM, Pune
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Experience Required: 3–5 Years

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketplace Operations
- FMCG industry experience is mandatory
- Experience in categories such as Tea, Coffee, Food & Beverage will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace
- Experience managing the US Marketplace along with other international marketplaces
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Flat Files and Listing Management
- Experience in Inventory Planning and Demand Forecasting
- Understanding of Marketplace Compliance and Account Health
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon and Walmart
- Manage product catalogs, variations, flat files, images, A+ Content, and videos
- Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to improve visibility and conversions
- Handle listing suppressions, policy violations, Buy Box issues, and Account Health




- Manage inventory planning, FBA recommendations, forecasting, and stock availability
- Execute and optimize Amazon Advertising, PPC campaigns, Deals, Coupons, and Promotions
- Analyze sales, traffic, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities
- Manage Brand Store optimization and customer feedback processes
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Logistics, and Marketplace Support teams
- Communicate with Amazon Support to resolve complex operational issues

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background is a plus)
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace reporting
- A team player with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable business results

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
