JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a **dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive** with 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

The ideal candidate must have **hands-on experience with IndiaMART**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, manage clients, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business opportunities through **IndiaMART, direct sales, networking, and market research**.

Handle customer inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and convert prospects into successful business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and regular sales reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.

Plan and execute sales & marketing activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Attend **trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and business meetings** to generate new leads.

Conduct client visits for business meetings, relationship management, and market development.





Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely communication.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

1–2 years of experience in **Sales / Marketing / Business Development**

IndiaMART experience is mandatory**

Postgraduate (PG) degree completed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities

Proficiency in **MS Office and Email Communication**

Good client-handling and relationship-management skills

Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business events

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality

Married candidates preferred**
