Job Description

- Lead the development, review, and revision of curricula and academic programs.
- Promote innovation and excellence in teaching, learning, and academic practice.
- Review teaching effectiveness, course delivery, student performance, and learning outcomes; address academic grievances and concerns.
- Conduct periodic academic reviews and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain academic documentation, records, and reports.
- Promote student engagement through seminars, workshops, internships, projects, and experiential learning.
- Promote a solid culture of research and evidence-based learning.
- Support grant proposals and research dissemination
- Develop and maintain collaborations with universities, colleges, professional organisations, and other institutions.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Master’s / PhD in Public Health, Population Health, Epidemiology, Allied Health, or a closely related field. A PhD is preferred.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and external partners.
- Background in public health research and publication will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
