This is a pure recruitment role for someone who lives and breathes hiring. You will own high-volume bulk hiring and niche lateral hiring at the same time, across multiple functions and locations, working directly with business stakeholders to close positions fast without letting quality slip. There is no generalist HR component to fall back on and no team beneath you — the requisition load is yours, and so is every closure. What separates the people who do well here is not sourcing skill alone: it is the stakeholder maturity to push back on a vague brief, prioritise honestly when everything is urgent, and drive hiring managers toward faster, better decisions.

LOCATION : Navi Mumbai (HQ) — supporting pan-India hiring needs

REPORTS TO : Talent Management Head

ROLE MIX : 100% Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

HIRING OWNERSHIP : Individual contributor — you source, interview, negotiate and close your own roles

REQUISITION LOAD : 20+ concurrent open positions across functions and locations

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full time, Permanent

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5–8 years in recruitment, with deep bulk and lateral hiring expertise

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
