Requirements:
- Experience in sales;
- Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
- Well-organized and stress-resistant;
- English level - Upper Intermediate and higher;
- Working Conditions: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:00 PM EST. (18.30 PM to 4.30 AM in New Delhi)
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting (looking for the new candidates - posting advertisements and searching for prospects);
- Communicating with potential candidates via calls, messages, emails, explaining company's policies and details of cooperation;
- Interviewing new candidates and conducting an orientation;
- Conducting minimum 50 calls per day;
- Collecting and checking required paperwork to meet the stated requirements;
- Maintaining positive business relationships;
- Maintaining database and keeping all the working processes in the CRM system;
- Multitasking between answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails;
- Dealing with the difficult customers (taking part in solving conflicts and complex cases with the contractors according to the algorithm and list of the issues HR Department is taking care of);
- Performing hires according to the goals set and quotas based on the experience and working period;
- Conducting discipline and dismissing conversations with the contractors;
- Filling out daily reports;
- Conducting survey calls
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
