TEAM HEAD – MALAPPURAMJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Head to lead our sales team in the Malappuram region. The ideal candidate should have strong EdTech sales experience, proven team-handling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive student admissions, revenue, and lead-conversion performance.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Train team members on counselling, sales pitches, follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.




- Support team members in closing high-value admissions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Maintain a high-performance and target-oriented team culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech/Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
- Strong understanding of admission sales and conversion processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
