# Job Description – Business Development Executive * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in **PCD Pharma sales**, preferably with a PCD company.

* Generate new business opportunities and identify potential PCD distributors/clients.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

* Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and order conversion.

* Promote the company’s product portfolio and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer support.

* Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.

* Maintain sales reports, customer data, and daily activity records. *

**KRAs:** New client acquisition, sales revenue, order conversion, repeat business, distributor expansion,



and timely follow-ups.

* Good communication, negotiation, convincing, and relationship-management skills required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
