Social Media Manager – PR/Marketing Agency (Client Accounts)

Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence and PR-adjacent content for multiple client accounts. You'll be the day-to-day owner of content creation, posting, and idea generation across platforms — working closely with the account/PR team to keep each client's voice and brand consistent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, design, and schedule posts (graphics, captions, short-form video/reels where needed)
- Curate and pitch content ideas/calendars for each client on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate with the PR team to align social content with press releases, campaigns, and media coverage
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and flag anything needing client or PR attention
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report monthly
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes,



and content formats relevant to clients' industries

Requirements

- Strong content creation skills — copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and comfort with short-form video
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Understanding of how social supports PR/media relations
- Highly organized — able to juggle multiple client calendars and deadlines
- Good communication skills for working directly with clients

Nice to Have

- Experience with paid social boosting
- Basic analytics/reporting skills (native platform insights or tools like Sprout Social)
- Prior experience at a PR or marketing agency

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
