We are looking for a Junior Architect to join ZuildUp’s residential design and construction team. The role involves supporting the design and development of luxury residential projects, from concept and planning through to detailed design and execution.

The candidate will work closely with senior architects, draughtsmen, consultants and site teams to develop design concepts, architectural drawings, presentations and working drawings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential architecture, good design sense, proficiency in relevant design software, and an interest in taking projects from design to construction.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Junior Architect/Architect.




- Experience in residential architecture is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of architectural design, planning and detailing.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
- Strong design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants and site teams.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
