- Manage day-to-day IT operations, systems, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Support LMS, CRM, ERP, and other software/platforms used by the company.
- Provide technical support for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and online classes.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and licenses.
- Support smart classrooms, projectors, cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment.
- Monitor backups, antivirus, system security, and basic cybersecurity requirements.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, internet service providers,



and software/hardware vendors.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and troubleshooting logs.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and minimize downtime.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
