Genesys Cloud CX Platform Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Genesys Cloud CX Platform Engineer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure Genesys Cloud Architect Flows, IVRs, queues, ACD, skills, and routing strategies.
- Configure voice and digital channels including Chat, Email, SMS, Callback, and Web Messaging.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, Data Actions, OAuth, Webhooks, and JSON.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM and enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to IVR, routing, telephony, SIP, APIs, and integrations.
- Support Genesys Cloud migrations, deployments, and platform optimization.
- Work with Architects, DevOps, developers, and business teams.
- Create technical and deployment documentation.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years overall IT/Contact Center experience.




- 3+ years hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience.
- Robust Genesys Architect, IVR, ACD, queues, skills, and routing experience.
- REST APIs, Data Actions, OAuth, Webhooks, JSON.
- JavaScript / Node.js; Python knowledge preferred.
- Experience with CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong SIP/VoIP and production troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:

- Genesys Cloud certification.
- Legacy contact center → Genesys Cloud migration experience.
- Healthcare/contact center experience.
- Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CRM integration experience.
- Conversational AI / Virtual Agent experience.
- Experience with enterprise clients or companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, etc.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
