Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and leadership-oriented Supervisor to lead our team and manage daily on-floor operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining workplace discipline, ensuring productivity targets are met, and guiding team members to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leadership: Oversee daily activities of staff, assign tasks, and ensure the team works efficiently to meet daily targets.

· Workflow Management: Monitor operations, manage attendance shifts, and quickly resolve any floor-level issues or bottlenecks.

· Performance & Discipline: Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards among team members.

· Reporting: Document and maintain accurate daily progress logs, attendance records, and performance metrics for management.

· Training & Onboarding: Assist in training new team members, guiding them on operational workflows and safety rules.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation

· Minimum 12th Standard Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate / HSC).

Experience

· 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory, team-lead, or floor management role.

Key Skills Needed

· Leadership & Authority:



Proven capability to handle team dynamics, motivate workers, and handle conflicts professionally.

· Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in Hindi and the local language to seamlessly manage team coordination.

· Basic Tech Literacy: Comfort with basic computer usage (such as MS Excel or mobile reporting apps) for tracking attendance and targets.
