Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Sales Advisor for the Automobile Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert showroom inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
- Handle showroom walk-ins and generate new leads.
- Conduct test drives and provide complete product demonstrations.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals.
- Maintain customer database and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.




- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Automobile Sales is required.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and automobile market trends.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
