Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of Life Insurance products to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful policy sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in Life Insurance / BFSI.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
- Candidates with experience in Direct Sales / Agency Sales / Bancassurance may be considered based on relevant experience.
- Chennai-based candidates preferred.
