Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through outbound/inbound calls.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and commitments.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system.
- Ensure quality and compliance standards are followed.
- Demonstrate good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute toward business targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer/system knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
