Job Description N Focused in revenue generation through Leasing & Sales of Commercial & Retail. N Managing leasing transactions from sourcing, inspections, proposals, negotiation, documentation, transaction and registration. N Have a valuable connect andcoordination internally with all departments from architectural, MEP, legal etc to ensure smooth transactions. N Regular interactions with IPC's, Channel Partners and other brokers across all regions. N Nurturing healthy relationship with clients and channel partners. N Managing the lease registration along with the legal team and government authorities. N Managing the investors of all commercial projects across all projects. N Conducting client inspections, execution & closure of deals, and manages end-to-end documentation pertaining to the transaction. N Managing leasing & RFPsfor the upcoming commercial projects N
