NExperience: 4–8 Years NQualification: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) preferred; LLB an added advantage NRole Overview: NWe are looking for a hands-on Company Secretary to own secretarial and regulatory compliance end-to-end. The role will cover Companies Act, 2013, ROC/MCA and RBI/NBFC compliances, working closely with business and leadership teams. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Manage end-to-endsecretarial and Companies Act compliances, including Board/Committee/General Meetings, minutes, resolutions and statutory registers. N Handle MCA/ROC filings,annual and event-based compliances, director-related filings and share capital matters. N Manage RBI/NBFC regulatory compliances, returns, reporting and compliance calendar. N Track and implement applicable RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML, Fair Practices Code and Digital Lending Guidelines. N Draft and review policies, regulatory correspondence, loan documentation, KFS and customer-facing communications. N Coordinate with RBI, ROC, RTAs, auditors,



legal counsel and other external stakeholders. N Support internal/statutory audits and regulatory inspections. N Partner with Credit, Operations, Product, Technology and Finance teams to embed compliance into business processes. N Review new products, partnerships and digital journeys from a regulatory and compliance perspective. NnIdeal Profile: Nn 4–8 years of experience in secretarial/regulatory compliance, preferably with an NBFC, bank, fintech or CS firm handling NBFC clients. N Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and RBI/NBFC regulations. N Hands-on experience with MCA/ROC and RBI filings. N Strong drafting and documentation skills. N High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work independently. N Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, lean and evolving environment. N Practical, commerciallyaware and solution-oriented approach to compliance. N
