Job DescriptionResponsibilities Nn Follow GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) N Understand and comply with GMP requirements during all manufacturing activities. N Learn why compliance iscritical for patient safety. N Read and Follow SOPs N Study Standard Operating Procedures before performing any activity. N Learn how manufacturingprocesses are standardized and controlled. N Observe Manufacturing Operations N Gain exposure to dispensing, granulation, blending, filling, packaging, or biologics manufacturing processes (depending on the facility). N Maintain Production Documentation N Support batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing documentation. N Learn Good Documentation Practices (GDP). N Monitor Shop Floor Activities N Participate in daily production reviews and understand workflow management. N Learn Equipment Operations N Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities. N Understand the importance of qualified equipment. N Support Line Clearance Activities N Learn how production areas are checked before starting a new batch to prevent mix-ups.



N Participate in Safety and EHS Activities N Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response processes. N Understand Deviation Reporting N Learn how manufacturingissues, deviations, and incidents are documented and investigated. N Assist in Production Data Analysis N Support collection and review of manufacturing metrics such as yield, downtime, and productivity. N Learn Cross-Functional Coordination N Work with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams. N Understand how departments collaborate to deliver products. N Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects N Contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, process optimization, or productivity improvement initiatives.
