Job DescriptionJob Title NApplication Support Engineer – Automation & Infrastructure NJob Description Summary NWe are seeking a hands-onApplication Support Engineer to join the Technology Operations team. This role is responsible for building, automating, and supporting infrastructure and application services across a range of enterprise platforms and third-party software solutions. NThe ideal candidate will have experience in application support and automation, with hands-on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capabilities and experience using tools such as Ansible. This role combines automation engineering, application lifecycle management, and production support, with a focus on improving reliability and reducing manual effort. NResponsibilitiesn N Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions for application deployment and management N Develop and enhance Ansible-based automation for provisioning, configuration, and operational support N Contribute to establishing standards for automation and infrastructure management across supported platforms N Build and maintain automation processes for installation, configuration, and patching of third-party software N Support application lifecycle management, including maintaining systems aligned with N‐1 patching standards N Provide hands-on support for third-party enterprise software platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Axway, Qlik, or similar systems N Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and integration layers in production and non-production environments N Partner with engineering teams to implement repeatable, low-maintenance deployment solutions N Document deployment, patching,



and operational procedures N Monitor application health and contribute to improving stability and performance N Support disaster recovery planning and execution activities N Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Operations teams N Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation and reduce manual operational processes NnRequired Qualifications Nn 4+ years of experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or similar role N Hands-on experience with automation or configuration management tools (Ansible preferred) N Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar N Experience supporting enterprise or third-party applications in production environments N Experience with application patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management, including maintaining systems at N‐1 N Experience using scripting or automation languages (Python, Bash, or similar) to support and extend automation workflows N Hands-on experience supporting applications in AWS-based cloud environments, including core infrastructure services N Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices (ITIL) N Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills NnPreferred Qualifications Nn Experience supporting third-party enterprise software (COTS) such as SAP, Oracle, Axway, Qlik N Experience using Ansible in production environments N Experience building or maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles, or reusable automation workflows N Experience working withmiddleware, integration layers, or distributed systems N Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices N Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch) N Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools NnEducationn N Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) N
