N Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design. N Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Service Inventory, NnResource Inventory, and Network Service Lifecycle. Nn Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband services. N Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems. N Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations. N Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.



N Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams. N Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams. N Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals. N Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
