Job DescriptionJob Description - Pan India NTata Consultancy Services(TCS) is seeking experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants with robust expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM. N Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules. N Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities. N Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. N Develop and support People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports. N Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications. N Troubleshoot productionissues and provide timely resolution. N Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hyper care activities. N Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.



NnRequired Skills Nn Hands-on experience in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional. N Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as: N General Ledger (GL) N Accounts Payable (AP) N Accounts Receivable (AR) N Asset Management (AM) N Purchasing (PO)n Inventory Management N Project Costingn Expenses N Experience with: N People Coden Application Engine N SQRn Integration Broker N Component Interface N BI Publishern SQL/PLSQL N Experience in implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects. N Strong understanding offinancial and supply chain business processes. NnEligibility Criteria Nn Overall Experience: 6-10 Years N Relevant experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional. N Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project. N Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. N Ability to work in a global delivery environment. NnPreferred Skills Nn PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Experience. N Cloud Integration Experience. N Oracle Database Knowledge. N PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred). N
