Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Nn Develop and manage business for UV Inks, UV Varnishes and Water-Based Coatings in the assigned territory. N Identify new customers and develop business opportunities with existing customers. N Maintain strong relationships with printers, packaging companies, commercial printers and other relevant customers. N Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. N Coordinate product trials, sampling and validation at customer locations. N Follow up on trials andconvert successful validations into regular business. N Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. N Prepare and maintain a regular sales pipeline and market development plan. N Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends. N Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback to management. N Coordinate with the technical/service team for troubleshooting and customer complaints. N Ensure timely follow-upon quotations, orders, dispatches and payments. N Develop new applications and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across the product portfolio.



N Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and visit reports. NnSkills Rquiredn N Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline. N 3–5 years of sales experience in the printing industry. N Experience in selling Offset Plates, Printing Blankets, Printing Inks, Chemicals or related consumables will be preferred. N Positive understanding of printing processes and customer requirements. N Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. N Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. N Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of developing business independently. N Candidates with existing relationships with printers and packaging customers will have an added advantage.
