NPosition OverviewnWe are looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for product marketing and social media. NThis is a core creative role, not an agency-style job. You will work closely with the founder and marketing & sales team to create product demo videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and social media videos that clearly communicate our technology and impact. NKey ResponsibilitiesnShooting & Production Nn Shoot product demo videos, explainer videos, testimonials, company youtube videos / reels, interviews, podcasts N Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio (mic setup) N Cover office shoots, manufacturing, hospital demos, and events when required NnEditing & Post-Production Nn Edit videos usingPremiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Similar Softwares N Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos/Shorts, LinkedIn & other social media N Perform color correction, basic sound cleanup, transitions,



captions N Export videos in multiple formats optimized for different platforms NnSocial Media Content Support Nn Adapt long videosinto short clips and reels N Add subtitles, hooks, and pacing suitable for social media N Work with the team on content ideas and visual storytelling N Assist in building a consistent video style and visual language NnAsset Management Nn Maintain an organized library of raw footage and final assets N Ensure brand consistency across all video content NnSkills & Qualifications NMust-Havenn 1–5 years experience as a Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator N Strong hands-on experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras N Proficiency in video editing software N Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio basics N Ability to work independently end-to-end (shoot → edit → deliver) N Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment NnGood-to-Have (Bonus) Nn Basic motion graphics / animations (After Effects) N Experience creating product or tech videos N Familiarity with socialmedia trends and formats N Photography skills (forproduct / event shots) NnTools You'll Work With Nn Camera: DSLR / Mirrorless (company + personal gear if available) N Editing: Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve N Graphics: After Effects / Canva (basic) N Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X NnWhat You'll Create(Monthly Expectations) Nn 8–12 product or explainer videos N 10–15 short-form reels / clips N BTS / manufacturing / demo content N Visual assets for launches and campaigns NnWhy Join Cureous?
