The role ensures systems remain secure, compliant, and resilient against vulnerabilities while minimizing business disruption through effective patching strategies and governance. NQualificationsnn Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. N 4-8+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Operations, Security Operations, or Patch Management. N Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. N Experience managing patching across global infrastructure environments. NnTechnical Skills Nn Robust knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Administration and Powershell N Good knowledge of WSUS (Windows Server Update Service), Microsoft SCCM/MECM /Configration Manager, Microsoft Intune . N Knowhow of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Windows workloads on Hyper‐V, VMware vSphere, including VM lifecycle management, Tanium.



NnKey Responsibilities NPatch Management Operations Nn Manage end-to-endpatch lifecycle for servers, desktops, virtual machines, network devices, etc N Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and emergency patching activities. N Deploy OS and application patches across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. N Coordinate patch schedules with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders. N Patch Cataloguing and Classification, Prioritize patch deployment based on risk levels, and business impact. N Track remediation of critical and high-risk vulnerabilities within agreed SLAs NnTesting & Change Management Nn Validate patches in test and pre-production environments before production rollout. N Raise and manage changerequests in accordance with ITIL processes. N Conduct impact assessments and rollback planning for patch deployments. N Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews. NnAutomation & Continuous Improvement Nn Develop and maintain patch automation scripts and workflows. N Optimize patch deployment processes using enterprise tools. N Identify opportunities to improve patch compliance and reduce operational effort. N Support initiatives related to platform modernization and security enhancement.
