The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on premium villas, farmhouses, and residential developments from concept through execution. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations. N Develop GFCs (Positive for Construction) drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings. N Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution. N Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. N Prepare design details,material specifications, and BOQs as required. N Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues. N Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications. N Collaborate with internal teams, consultants,



and clients to achieve project objectives. N Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables. NnRequired Qualifications & Skills Nn Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture. N Strong understanding ofarchitectural planning, detailing, and residential design. N Experience in preparingGFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation. N Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools. N Experience in designingor executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
