A Fortune 200 company building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Recruiter who will own full-cycle hiring for the centre's early functional teams.

The mandate

The GCC is past its first hundred hires and is now standing up finance operations, analytics and shared services layers that did not exist here a year ago. This Recruiter will be the first point of contact for hiring managers across three of those functions, translating loosely written headcount requests into search-ready role briefs.

The roles you would be closing

- Individual contributor and first-line-manager openings across finance operations, procurement and business analytics
- A steady stream of replacement and backfill hiring alongside planned expansion roles
- Occasional niche searches where the brief will genuinely change after the first five candidate conversations

How a search moves through this desk

You will run intake calls with hiring managers, build sourcing channels across job boards, referrals and your own outreach, screen against the brief, and manage candidates through interviews to offer.



You will own the requisition tracker for your functions end to end and flag roles that are stalling before a hiring manager has to ask.

What you bring on day one

Two to five years recruiting for corporate or shared-services functions, comfort running six to ten open requisitions at once, and a track record of converting a vague headcount request into a workable search within a week. Experience recruiting inside a GCC, captive centre or large enterprise shared-services setup is a solid plus, as is fluency with an applicant tracking system and structured interview scorecards.

Where this is based

Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad or Remote (India), with a preference for candidates who can be on-site for hiring manager syncs during the first quarter.
