About the Role:

We're hiring on behalf of our client Unify Apps, a B2B SaaS company, for Technical Implementation Managers to own end-to-end delivery of their software/technology solutions for enterprise customers — from requirements gathering all the way through UAT, go-live, and handoff to Customer Success.

This is not a hands-on build role. Our client is looking for someone who owns the project — the single point of accountability for the customer, the plan, the timeline, and the outcome.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology deployments, from kickoff to go-live
- Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to unblock dependencies and resolve issues
- Manage timelines, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations proactively
- Run project reviews and deliver executive-level updates to customers and internal leadership
- Engage directly with C-level executives, Directors, VPs, and senior enterprise stakeholders
- Build strategic, long-term relationships with enterprise clients




- Drive successful UAT, deployment, adoption, and smooth transition to post-go-live teams

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years as a Technical Implementation Manager / SaaS Implementation Manager / Technical Project Implementation Manager, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise clients
- Proven track record owning end-to-end software/tech product delivery for external clients (internal-only PM experience will not be considered)
- Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Support to drive customer go-lives
- Strong executive presence — comfortable presenting to and managing relationships with C-level, Director, and VP-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills
- Current or recent experience at a B2B SaaS product company
