Agilysis is looking for a seasoned Workday Payroll Lead to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading and contributing to our client facing Workday projects, taking full responsibility for the UK Payroll functional area, from design through to deployment, as part a project team
- Soliciting and challenging client requirements with qualified skepticism, presenting and facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and configuring solutions in Workday
- Working at all levels within our clients organizations from C-suite to the back office operations teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Workday Consultant Certifications in HCM and UK Payroll
- Relevant client facing Workday experience leading a Payroll workstream on an implementation end-to-end.
- Strong Workday knowledge in UK Payroll. Also need strong knowledge in UK Payroll generally.
- A clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing HR functions of today
- Experience in HR Transformation and Technology enabled projects / workstreams
- The ability to quickly build relationships, through communication and collaboration, with our clients and across our networked organization, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suit your audience
- Strong digital and data analysis skills
- The ability to listen to and critique requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
- Demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources, and driving hybrid teams to deliver
- A passion to invest in others, to help them develop in their careers as part of our team
- A sense of pride in delivering high quality work as a trusted advisor to our clients
