We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in HubSpot CMS, Webflow, Client-First, frontend development and modern web technologies. The role combines team management, technical leadership, client consultation and hands-on development. The candidate will lead and mentor the development team while continuing to contribute technically to projects and complex implementations.

What you will do:

Manage daily task allocation, project tracking and timely delivery while mentoring and upskilling the development team. Work closely with Project

Coordinators to support opportunity conversion through technical solutioning, participate in client calls and provide technical consultation. Lead complex frontend and CMS implementations, APIs, third-party integrations and technical troubleshooting while remaining hands-on when required. Continuously evaluate new technologies, frameworks and AI-based solutions to improve development speed, quality and team productivity

Job Description:

- Own technical delivery and development quality across projects.
- Lead, mentor and technically guide the development team.
- Provide technical consultation during client discussions and opportunity conversion.
- Solve complex technical and integration challenges.




- Establish better development practices and improve team productivity.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and AI-assisted development workflows

Skills Required:

- 7+ years of relevant web development experience.
- 2–3+ years of team management / technical leadership experience – Mandatory.
- Strong frontend development expertise.
- HubSpot CMS, Webflow & Client-First experience – Mandatory.
- GSAP animations and interactive web experiences.
- JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Custom APIs and third-party integrations.
- Domain, DNS, hosting, deployment and server-side understanding.
- Ability to quickly adapt to current frameworks and CMS platforms.
- Practical AI/automation mindset for improving development workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication and technical consultation skills.
