Senior React Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to join our engineering team and lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React and TypeScript, strong frontend architecture skills, and experience building enterprise-grade applications at scale.

The role involves technical leadership, architectural decision-making, performance optimization, mentoring, and close collaboration with product, design, and backend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable React components and enterprise-grade applications.
- Architect and optimize frontend systems for performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into elegant and performant UI/UX solutions.
- Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent technologies.
- Design and manage complex application data flows and asynchronous operations.
- Lead code reviews and establish frontend coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help elevate the team's technical capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites to ensure application reliability.
- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks using profiling, code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and other optimization techniques.
- Monitor,



debug, and improve application performance in production environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to engineering-level technical decisions.
- Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and recommend solutions that improve engineering productivity and application quality.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on React development experience.
- Deep expertise in React, including:
- React Hooks
- Component design patterns
- Lifecycle management
- Concurrent features
- Reusable component architecture
- Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications serving large user bases.
- Advanced proficiency with TypeScript in production environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of state management technologies such as:
- Redux
- Zustand
- MobX
- Context API
- Equivalent state management solutions
- Strong understanding of asynchronous data handling and complex frontend data flows.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript ES6+
- Modern browser APIs
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
- Robust experience with modern testing frameworks such as:
- Jest
- Vitest
- React Testing Library
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Experience with frontend performance optimization, monitoring, profiling, and production debugging.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
