About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with a stronger preference for candidates who have worked on Non-IT / core industry hiring.

Candidates with recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Automation, Engineering, Oil & Gas, EPC, Automotive, Infrastructure, or other core industries will be strongly preferred.

This is not a conventional HR/Sales recruitment role. We are specifically looking for recruiters who understand specialized hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional, experience, and industry requirements.
- Handle both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with greater focus on Non-IT/core industry requirements.
- Understand Job Descriptions and identify relevant candidates accordingly.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS.
- Work against recruitment targets and deliver positions within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network across relevant industries.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with recruitment exposure to any of the following industries will be preferred:

Candidate Profile We Prefer

- 1+ year of professional recruitment experience.
- Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment is preferred.
- Ideal exposure: approximately 60% Non-IT + 40% IT recruitment.
- Candidates with predominantly Non-IT recruitment experience are also strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or core-sector positions will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
- Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Profiles We Are NOT Looking For

We are not looking for candidates whose experience is primarily limited to:

- Telecalling
- HR Sales
- Recruitment Sales
- Business Development
- Purely target-based calling roles
- Generalist HR without meaningful recruitment exposure
- Profiles with no exposure to technical/core-industry hiring

Preference will be given to recruiters who have actually recruited for technical, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, automation, Oil & Gas, or similar core-sector requirements.
