Job Role: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding coordination)
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups
- Track recruitment data, MIS reports, and hiring pipelines
- Structured training will be provided.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Supportive and performance-driven work culture

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR(Freshers are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven workplace
