Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can handle client inquiries over phone and digital platforms, explain our photography services, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should enjoy speaking with people, possess strong persuasive skills, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.

● Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website.

● Explain photography packages, pricing, offers, and available services.

● Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

● Schedule appointments and studio visits for prospective clients.

● Build rapport with clients and understand their photography requirements.

● Guide clients through the booking process and payment procedures.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with pending inquiries.

● Share portfolios, package details, pricing, and booking links.





● Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.

● Coordinate with the studio team regarding confirmed bookings.

● Upsell premium packages, albums, extra photographs, frames, videos, and other add-on services.

● Resolve basic client queries and handle objections professionally.

● Achieve monthly inquiry conversion and sales targets.

● Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Salary: 15k to 25k (Incentives extra)

Requirements

● Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

● 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales preferred.

● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

● Confident in speaking over the phone and handling customer conversations.

● Solid persuasion and negotiation skills.

● Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, CRM software, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel.
