Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head – Agency Channel for a leading Life Insurance company in Ahmedabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing branch-level business operations, driving sales through the Agency Distribution Channel, developing the advisor network, and leading a team of Agency Managers/Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales and business targets through the Agency Channel.
- Lead, coach, and manage the branch sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and strengthen the agency network to improve productivity and business growth.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, persistency,



and other key business parameters.
- Ensure regular field activity, customer meetings, lead generation, and conversion by the team.
- Develop local market strategies to increase branch penetration and revenue.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain solid relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse branch performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
