We are seeking a Software Testing professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about quality assurance and software testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects in software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not broken by new code changes.
- Participate in reviews of requirement specifications and design documents to ensure testability.
- Conduct performance testing and ensure the software meets necessary benchmarks.




- Provide feedback on software usability and functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and concepts.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#) for test script development.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
