We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Equipment Leasing to drive new business acquisition, portfolio growth and strategic client relationships within the equipment leasing / asset finance space.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong CXO-level engagement, leasing deal structuring, credit understanding and proven business development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition and expand the equipment leasing portfolio.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs including CFOs, CTOs and Supply Chain/SCM leaders.
- Own strategic deal closures and deliver an annual business volume of ₹60–100 Cr.
- Structure and execute leasing transactions with robust understanding of leasing documentation, compliance and commercial terms.
- Assess customer creditworthiness and work closely with internal credit teams to align transactions with credit policies.
- Develop and manage partnerships with OEMs,



equipment manufacturers and vendor ecosystems.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities through market intelligence and industry trends.
- Drive the complete business development cycle from lead generation and relationship building to negotiation and deal closure.

What We're Looking For

- 4–8+ years of experience in Equipment Leasing, Asset Finance, Commercial Finance or related BFSI segments.
- Proven track record of managing ₹60–100 Cr+ annual business volumes.
- Strong CXO-level stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- In-depth understanding of the leasing lifecycle, deal structuring, documentation and credit processes.
- Experience managing OEM partnerships and vendor networks.
- Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal and Operations teams for successful deal execution.
