Support Engineer

KSB Pumps Limited is looking for a Support Engineer to assist with data modeling and product configuration for our selection software. This role is ideal for a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering holder with a flair for data, good PC skills, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in data modeling tasks for local assemblies, non-technical head modules, and selectors using tools like KM2002.
- Help prepare product configuration related data to meet requirements and suit applications like KSB EasySelect and KSBase.
- Interact with internal customers regarding entrusted projects and tasks.
- Assist in preparing and regularly updating process documents.
- Carry out material number classification tasks using Classmate Finder for Motor database, E2E catalogues, and more.

Skills:





- Flair for data preparation and product data upkeep.
- Good PC skills with expertise in MS-Office.
- Knowledge of pump construction and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with any CAD or Configuration software is a plus.
- Exposure to working in SAP / ECTR Environment is a plus.
- Positive communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
- Good team player having willingness to learn new things, apply them, and share knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Around 1-2 years with exposure to Product Data related activities, or a fresher who can work as a Trainee for 1 Year with KSB Tech.
