Assistant Manager - Warranty Management (Standard Industrial Pumps)

KSB Pumps Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the effective complaint management for our standard industrial pumps. This role is perfect for a professional with a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 8-10 years of exclusive experience in the Pump Industry, who is dedicated to ensuring timely complaint closure, conducting root cause analysis, and enhancing service processes to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage complaints for standard industrial pumps.
- Ensure on-time complaint closure for standard industrial pumps.
- Manage field service coordinators and daily monitor complaints until closure.
- Perform root cause analysis of complaints and identify scope for improvement with effective data analysis.
- Provide technical support to the Field Service team as required.
- Book & execute spares for warranty complaints.
- Support PM&PS; (Product Management & Production Systems) for product/process improvement.
- Review complaints, warranty claims, & conduct complaint analysis,



communicating findings to all concerned people in Plant, Branch Office (BO) & Zonal Office (ZO).
- Arrange Technical Trainings for the Industrial Product Group.
- Manage warranty & service agreements with suppliers.
- Maintain track record of complaints and perform data analysis.
- Enhance the service processes and practices to the industry standard.
