Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 3–6 years in Real Estate

Qualification: Graduate

CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive with relevant real estate experience to manage customer interactions across enquiry, booking and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project enquiries and bookings.
- Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Coordinate site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with customers, Sales, Legal and Accounts teams.
- Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.




- Handle payment follow-ups and customer account-related coordination.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
- Support post-sales activities including agreement execution, possession and handover.
- Prepare MIS reports related to leads, bookings and customer status.
- Ensure processes follow company policies and applicable RERA guidelines.
