HIRING – FINANCE HEAD | HOSPITAL

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head / Head of Finance to lead the Finance & Accounts function for a reputed hospital.

Position: Finance Head / Head of Finance

Locations: Tirupati | Karimnagar | Surat | Jabalpur | Vizag

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

• Manage hospital revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, and payables

• Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports

• Monitor OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, insurance, TPA, and corporate billing revenue

• Monitor insurance and TPA receivables and ensure timely collections

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors

• Manage vendor payments and hospital expenses

• Drive cost-control and financial-management initiatives

• Manage working capital and cash-flow planning





• Establish robust internal financial controls and accounting processes

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to hospital management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team

Experience

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in multi-specialty hospitals will be highly preferred.
