Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and training sessions to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective safety management systems (SMS) to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hazards, develop corrective actions, and track progress towards zero accident targets.
- Provide guidance on industrial safety best practices, emergency response planning, and incident investigation procedures.
- Ensure timely reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents using established reporting mechanisms.
