As Infinite continues to build and scale its Europe business, we are looking for a Chief of Staff – Europe to work closely with the Head of Europe & UKI.

This is not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff or PMO role.

We are looking for someone who can combine strategy, business planning, commercial thinking and strong execution discipline to help turn our Europe plans into action.

What you will do

You will work across sales, presales, alliances, marketing, delivery, finance and global capability teams to:

- Support Europe strategy and regional business planning
- Build market plans across the UK, Benelux, Nordics, DACH and other priority markets
- Coordinate GTM priorities across accounts, partners and propositions
- Work closely with our Market Development & ABM Lead to drive campaign execution and executive engagement
- Orchestrate presales, capability and solution support for European pursuits
- Develop executive presentations, business cases and leadership material
- Run the Europe operating cadence, priorities, actions and reviews
- Track key initiatives, decisions, dependencies and follow-ups
- Support selected strategic projects, partnerships and market-entry initiatives
- Help ensure that important priorities move from discussion to execution
- What we are looking for
- Ideally, you will bring 7–12 years of experience across areas such as:




- Strategy Consulting
- Corporate / Business Strategy
- Technology or IT Services
- Sales Strategy / Commercial Operations
- GTM Strategy
- Business Transformation
- CEO / Business Head Office roles

You should be comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully defined and where success depends on bringing structure, momentum and follow-through.

Strong skills in business planning, executive communication, PowerPoint, Excel, commercial analysis and stakeholder management will be important.
