CLIENT: Mineral transportation & logistics company transporting by rail, road and sea to thermal power stations, paper mills, cement plants and similar industries.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

- Preparation, processing, and management of Bank Guarantees (BGs), Performance

Guarantees, EMDs, and other bank-related documentation for tendering.

- Liaison with banks and financial institutions for various requirements of BGs and LCs. including term loans, overdrafts, Bank Guarantees etc.
- Preparation and submission of MIS reports, cash-flow statements, stock statements, and other financial reports.
- Tender study and evaluation of financial requirements, EMD/BG requirements,payment terms, retention, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitoring working capital, fund requirements, bank limits, and utilization.
- Coordination with banks, auditors, clients, vendors,



and internal departments for

finance and documentation requirements.

- Monitoring of receivables, payables, outstanding statements, and payment schedules.

Incumbent profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in finance, tendering, contracting, or project-based service businesses.
- Rich orientation with EPC/Construction/Project tenders.
- Solid knowledge of Bank Guarantees,Banking instruments like LC, tender documents, working capital, cash flow, MIS, and stock statements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with banks and tenders/projects.
- Can work independently

Annual Compensation: 15 LPA
