Sales & Marketing Specialist :

We are looking for Sales & Marketing Specialists to help us build and scale new D2C and B2B channels for our wellness and life science products. This role is for someone who enjoys business development, channel creation, relationship building, and working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new D2C and B2B sales channels for capsules, tablets, kits, and wellness products.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, marketplaces, and business partners.
- Support brand growth through digital marketing, promotions, and channel-specific campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and institutional buyers.
- Work with internal teams to support product launches, pricing, packaging, and market expansion.
- Track market trends, competitor activity,



and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in day-to-day sales coordination, lead follow-ups, and partner communication.

What We’re Looking For :
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Experience in D2C, B2B, nutraceuticals, pharma, FMCG, or wellness is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to help build new channels from the ground up.

- CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar for follow-ups and pipeline management
- Marketplace knowledge, and product visibility
- WhatsApp marketing / customer communication tools for retention and repeat orders
- Lead management and partner onboarding for distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
