Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Electrical / LabVIEW Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves the development, testing, and validation of electrical/electronic systems, primarily leveraging NI LabVIEW and related tools. You will be responsible for building and maintaining test systems, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements across domains such as Rail, Automotive, and Aerospace.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize LabVIEW applications for testing and validation purposes.
- Design, implement, and execute test systems using TestStand, VeriStand, PXI, CompactDAQ, CompactRIO, NI-DAQmx, NI-Client, NI-Vision, or OpenCV.
- Integrate and configure communication protocols such as Serial, USB, Ethernet, RS485, SPI, and CAN.
- Apply knowledge of digital and analog circuit fundamentals to test and troubleshoot systems.
- Design test benches and rigs for production, laboratory, and prototype testing.
- Perform BTE / PTU development and component validation in Rail, Automotive, or Aerospace applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to achieve project objectives.
- Follow Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN)

- Program and integrate systems using C, C++, and Python.

Requirements:

- Bachelor&rsquos; or Master&rsquos; degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Computer Science from a reputed institute.
- Certified LabVIEW Developer preferred.
- Hands-on experience with NI testing tools and related platforms.
- Familiarity with hardware interface protocols (Serial, USB, Ethernet, RS485, SPI, CAN).
- Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in BTE / PTU development and validation for complex systems.
- Ability to design robust test benches for various environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork in multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN.
- Programming expertise in C/C++ and Python.
- Certified LabVIEW Developer preferred.
