Senior Area Sales Manager - CCGI Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

NCL Buildtek is looking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our CCGI Doors & Windows, primarily focusing on government projects within an assigned area. This role requires extensive experience in specifying building materials for government departments, managing tenders, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee sales of Doors and Windows in the assigned area, providing support in operations as needed.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Spearhead the specification of Building Material Products within Government Departments such as PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, Slum Board, and other Corporates in the assigned areas.
- Manage the entire tender and quotation process to secure government projects.
- Acquire direct clients through government projects, generating significant business.
- Cultivate healthy relationships with current and existing channel partners, encouraging them to recommend our products to their clients.
- Finalize orders by providing the best possible sales experience to clients.




- Address client queries and ensure they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.
- Attend regular company training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of our products.
- Strategize and develop new business opportunities, with a strong focus on government projects.
- Assist operations with sales order processing and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- experience in specifying Building Material Products in Government Departments like PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, and Slum Board.
- Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate, or MBA (Marketing).
- Strong communication skills and proven selling abilities.
- Result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis.
- Presentable and fluent in English and the local language.
- Proactive approach and self-driven.
- In-depth market knowledge of the particular zone.
