Role & responsibilities:

Focus on project planning, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication to drive innovation and market competitiveness in the switches segment.

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for switches' development, Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept design to production readiness.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing / OEM, Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet company and industry standards for performance, safety, and reliability, Oversee rigorous testing and validation processes for current product designs.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or timelines, Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and test reports, Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Experience & Qualification:

- 12+ years of experience in product development and project management within the electrical industry, particularly in switches and switchgear.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with successful outcomes, Proficient in project management tools, Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of switch design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Master's/Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management certification, expertise in Project Management.
