- Administer VMware, Avaya, Cisco, and other virtual infrastructure technologies
- Provide Tier III support, investigating and resolving incidents
- Monitor performance and capacity, reporting on system health
- Ensure timely resolution of issues according to SLA's
Role Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for virtual infrastructure maintenance
- Participate in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational activities
- Adhere to Change Management and Incident Management policies
- Support 24x7 On-Call rotation and customer escalations
